Table Speaker Replacement
Prerequisites
Overview
This procedure defines the replacement process for the table speaker of Lite Table.
Procedure
- Raise the Table to maximum height.
- Move the Cradle/IMS to OUT limit position.
- Remove power from Table by turning off 120VAC, Axial Drive and HVDC switches on Service Switch Panel.
- Remove the top side cover (left and right) bottom holding screws, then slide out it until the touch sensor cable connector is visible.

- Disconnect the touch sensor cable connector and remove the top side cover.
- Remove the left/right rail cover by unscrewing four cross-screws.

- Remove the tray plate by unscrewing eight cross-screws.

note: The speaker is located on the table front arm, the service clearance is limited, ladder or equivalent can be used as needed.Figure 4. Operate with Ladder

- Disconnect two wire leads from the speaker, then remove the defective speaker from the speaker spacer by un-securing two nuts. (See Figure 5)note: The speaker is magnetic, it may create attractive force with surrounding metal frames. Take of the speaker slowly and carefully to avoid possible bump injury by improper force during its removal process.

- Take out a new speaker, use the magnet on the speaker to fix it in an easy-to-operate position, then reconnect two wire leads.

- Position the speaker to the speaker spacer of the table front arm, and fasten it by using two nuts.
- Restore the table to original configuration.

Procedure
- Power up the Table from the Service Switch Panel.
- Verify that the speaker is working normally.
