There is a known issue that mA Ratio test fails at Module #1 (Merc40 Detector system). If the failed channel # is berween 17 to 28, the failure can be ignored. This document explains how to identify the failed channel number. Affected software version is 13HW38.14 SP2.1 or earlier. And it’s fixed at Service Pack 2.2.
2 Procedure
Look at the following log.
/usr/g/service/state/ssw.dastools_maratio01.hist
The channel number of failure is shown.
Below is example of not trouble.
mA Ratio Test: TEST FAILE

mA Ratio Test: 4 BAD CHANNELS WERE DETECTED IN THIS ROW
mA Ratio Test: Chan Det.Mod Mod.Cell VCS# Bad Chan Type Spec Check Result
mA Ratio Test: 28 1 28 1 SHORT *** PASSED CHECKS **
This example shows Channel# is 28, then it’s not a trouble.
