Table Side Rail Cover Replacement

Procedure

  1. Raise the table to maximum height.
  2. Turn each of the two Dzus fasteners, on the bottom side of the Rail, one-quarter turn CCW, to release the cover.
  3. Tip the bottom of the cover outwards slightly, and then lift the cover upward to clear the four pins in the z-channel.
    note: If you plan to use any of the table drives:
    1. Remove the Tape Switch Jumper Plug from its storage position.
    2. Plug the Tape Switch Jumper into the harness connector.
  4. To install side cover, remove Tape Switch Jumper and replace in storage position.
  5. Insert the top of the Side Rail Cover in first, and slide the bottom side in afterwards.
  6. Insert the two Dzus fasteners and turn CW to fasten the cover.

Finalization

  1. Test the Side Cover Tape Switch operation.
