Intercom Speaker Replacement

Procedure

  1. Raise the table to maximum height.
  2. Remove right Gantry Side Cover.
  3. Notice Image

    • Always turn OFF the HVDC before the 120 VAC. Turning OFF 120 VAC power before HVDC power can result in equipment damage.
  4. Remove power from table by turning off 120VAC, Axial Drive and HVDC switches on Service Switch Panel.
  5. Remove the right Side Panels and the right Base Cover.
  6. Remove the two nuts that fasten the speaker cover to the Speaker.
  7. Remove the two nuts that fasten the Speaker and grill in place.
  8. Remove the defective Speaker, and install the replacement Speaker.
  9. Replace the speaker cover, the right Side Panels and the right Base Cover.
  10. Return power back to the table and replace table and gantry covers.

  • Always turn ON the 120 VAC before the HVDC. Turning ON HVDC power before 120 VAC power can result in equipment damage.
  1. Power up the Table from the Service Switch Panel.
  2. Using the service switches on the MTCB, move the Table up and down, and the Cradle in and out.
  3. Use the gantry control keys to move the Table up and down, and the Cradle in and out.
  4. Test the speaker on the table, to make sure that it is functioning.
  5. When the Table functions properly, reinstall the Table Base Covers, the Side Panels and the Gantry Side Cover.
